Base pay range

$115,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

What You'll Be Doing

Spearhead the structural design and coordination of high-rise and large-scale buildings.Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical and professional growth.

Serve as the primary liaison with architects, developers, contractors, and city agencies.

Ensure all calculations, drawings, and specifications meet NYC building codes and quality standards.

Drive projects forward on time, on budget, and on point.

What We're Looking For

NY PE license required

Minimum 6 years of structural engineering experience in New York City (required).

Proven success delivering complex, high-rise new construction projects.

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Deep expertise in NYC building codes, DOB procedures, and construction methodologies.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
