Software Development Manager

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager- Cloud Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategy, execution, and innovation while managing cross-functional tasks across multiple groups

Demonstrate leadership in making strategic decisions and managing complex technical areas

Mentor engineers and foster technical growth within the team

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience as an individual contributor and at least 5 years as a people manager

Deep understanding of cloud technologies and orchestration frameworks (AWS, Azure, Oracle, or GCP)

Proven experience in software development and delivery of large, complex projects

Clear understanding of the product development cycle

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience; advanced degrees preferred
