Pay : $17 / hour
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

✂️ Key Responsibilities
- Bucking : Carefully remove dried cannabis flowers from stalks in dry rooms
- Trimming : Refine machine-trimmed product to meet quality standards for sale
- Productivity : Maintain a minimum trimming rate of 7 pounds per 8-hour shift
- Quality Control : Ensure trimmed product meets visual and structural standards
- Sanitation : Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the day
- Teamwork : Collaborate with fellow trimmers and supervisors to meet daily goals
