About the Role : Revenue Cycle Management Biller (Insurance Claims

Focus)

Platinum Dental Services is seeking a detail-driven and tenacious RCM Biller to join our

insurance team. This position is centered around working outstanding insurance claims and

posting insurance-generated revenue. You'll be the financial engine behind accurate collections,

clean ledgers, and closed claims.

Requirements :

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include :

What We’re Looking For : ? Strong Experience in Insurance Claims Resolution (dental preferred, medical accepted) ? Proficiency in Reading EOBs and accurately identifying discrepancies in patient account balances. ? Excellent Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Skills ? Strong Attention to Detail and a commitment to clean account management ? Clear and Professional Communication Skills – both written and verbal ? Ability to Stay Organized While Managing Multiple Insurance Carrier Claims across 40+ offices.
