Job descriptionSupervision : Manage DSPs, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling. Accounting : Ensure accurate management of individuals' funds. Program Implementation : Oversee and document each individual's program plan. Health & Safety : Monitor health and safety, ensure medical appointments are completed, and medications are administered properly. Relationships : Maintain positive relationships with families, guardians, and support staff. Compliance : Adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as Cardinal Services' policies and procedures. Environment : Create a supportive, fun environment for both individuals served and employees. Impact : Show a desire to positively impact the lives of others. Preferred : Previous management experience and experience working with persons with developmental disabilities. Requirements : Current auto insurance. Ability to transport individuals safely. High school diploma or GED. Ability to work in a human services setting with a favorable background check. Location : Silver Lake, IN
Pay : $21.63 per hour
Hours : Monday 12 pm-8 pm, Tuesday 8 am-4 pm, Wednesday 8 am-4 pm, Thursday 12 pm-8 pm, Sunday 4 pm-12 am
Job Summary :
- Role : Oversee the daily operations of a residential group home, including supervision of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
- Objective : Provide support and supervision to ensure high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
