What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the healthcare environment, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professional composure while on duty.Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the healthcare location to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior.Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.Collaborate with medical staff, visitors, and clients to address security-related concerns and promote a secure environment.Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and screening visitors when required by site-specific policies.Support emergency response activities such as evacuations, medical emergencies, and / or other site-specific protocols as directed by Allied Universal and client procedures.What We're Looking For :

Possess a valid armed guard card or license as required by applicable laws and regulations.Have at least 6 months of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and / or military roles.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
