Job descriptionAverage annual salary is $95,000 to $100,000+ per year, which includes : Speed / safety bonus per mile Monthly profit-sharing bonus Average 2300 miles / week Hourly PTO pay based on tenure, $35-$50 / hour Typical work week is 50-55 hours per week Bi-weekly paychecks PTO (Personal and Vacation Days) Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Life); cost as low as $8.67 bi-weekly 24 / 7 virtual doctor visits at no cost Paid Holidays 401K with company match Profit-sharing Flexible spending accounts Disability, life insurance, critical illness insurance Fertility and adoption assistance Tuition reimbursement Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday; 5 day work week; home every weekend Start times vary, typically between 5am-1pm Uniforms provided at no cost Dock deliveries, drop & hook, some backhauls and live-unload deliveries Option to unload for additional income or hire lumping service Park truck at the Sheboygan Falls, WI domicile Must be flexible with work schedule Backing in and out of docks Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations Provide excellent customer service Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle Reporting maintenance / repair issues on tractors and trailers Minimum of 2 years of CDL A tractor-trailer experience and / or 100,000 miles OTR and / or Regional required. Minimum 1 year of OTR and reefer experience highly preferred Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement. Reefer experience preferred but not required Experience delivering to foodservice warehouses preferred but not required Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors Legally eligible to work in the U.S. Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
