AVP -Asset Management

RETS Associates on behalf of our client, who has deployed over $1 billion of equity in commercial real estate including multifamily, office and industrial across their target markets, is seeking an experienced AVP, Asset Management in Los Angeles, CA to oversee a portfolio of multifamily and / or industrial properties. This role primarily focuses on asset management, with additional involvement in acquisitions, dispositions, and corporate approval processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee third-party property managers and execute business plans across assigned assets
• Monitor performance against budgets and investment proformas; prepare monthly and quarterly reports
• Conduct property inspections and recommend strategic improvements
• Manage property-level cash flow, profitability, and quarterly hold / sell analyses
• Support acquisitions and dispositions through financial modeling, due diligence, and proforma development
• Collaborate with JV partners, internal teams, and expatriate staff for corporate approvals
• Guide and mentor junior team members
