Hospital Housekeeping in Detroit MI! 40 hour work week, alternating weekends / holidays off, must be comfortable working around others. Pay starts at $13 / hr! Disinfecting all surfaces, dusting all surfaces, replenishing all supplies, spot clean carpet and upholstery, clean up spills, change linen and make beds, operate vacuum cleaning equipment, dust mop and damp mop floors, stairs and landings, disposes of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, assists in establishing and maintaining an environment that is safe, clean and conducive to patients, visitors. Complete work tasks as assigned / 10 step cleaning.

Things To Know :

No phones out during work hours, phones can be on you as long as you are not using them in the halls or rooms. You will get a locker. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40lbs. You will be on your feet 8 / 10 hours a day walking long distances. Your shift is done when you are checked out by a manager. No ear buds or headphones while on the floor or will be sent home.
