About The Position

Hours per Shift : 7

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist required

License : Valid state license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist

Certifications : BLS preferred

Must-Have : Proficiency in performing a wide range of clinical laboratory tests, adherence to laboratory safety protocols, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Description :

Performs complex laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.

Prepares specimens for testing and ensures accurate and timely reporting of results.

Operates and maintains laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure proper functioning.

Adheres to quality control and quality assurance standards in all testing activities.

Collaborates with other laboratory personnel and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Follows safety and infection control procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Maintains accurate records and documentation in compliance with laboratory policies and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrates attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Participates in continuing education and professional development to stay current with laboratory practices and technology.
