Overview

Join to apply for the School Food Service Manager role at Maschio's Food Services, Inc.

School Food Service Manager needed for a food service program. Monday through Friday, day shift, 7 hours daily, 7 am to 2 pm. No weekends, or holidays. Summers off. ServSafe certification a plus.

The ideal candidate is a hands on manager with a passion for cooking. You will need to thrive working in a small fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Over see the operation on a daily basis.
  • Serving, food prep, etc.
  • Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times
  • Prepare inventories, and month end paperwork.
  • Complete production records
  • Over see staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Hands on manager with a passion for cooking.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced environment.
  • ServSafe certification is a plus.
