Location : Pittsburgh, PA (strongly preferred) or remote

Hours : Minimum 20 hours / week, with flexibility during peak times

Department : Customer Service / Marketing Reports

To : CSR Manager

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for our customers – retailers, distributors, and individual players. If you’re passionate about racquet sports, skilled in problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in the order management system
  • Verify order details including product availability, pricing, shipping terms and payment methods.
  • Collaboration with internal departments (sales, warehouse, finance) to resolve order-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
  • Provide general administration support to internal teams as needed.
  • Promote additional products and services when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of customer service or order management experience.
  • Experience in sporting goods or consumer products a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly (ERP / Netsuite experience a plus)
  • Passion for sports – especially tennis, pickleball or padel – is a big plus
  • Racquet stringing knowledge is a bonus.
