As an Operations Associate , you'll be the backbone of the store—ensuring smooth, efficient operations that support an exceptional client experience.

• Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Deliver exceptional service, supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

Flexible Scheduling & Reliability

Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts / hours.

Benefits

$19.75 - $24.21 / hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on relevant qualifications and experience, and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and / or geographic location.
