Job Title : Legal Billing & Collections Specialist

Location : On-site near Independence, OH

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Salary : $60k-$70k depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Legal Billing & Collections Specialist) : Billing & Collections Specialist

Process daily billing and electronic submissions for assigned attorneys

Prepare and distribute invoices, ledger reports, and client billing summaries

Manage client collections process in line with firm policies

Prepare and distribute monthly reminder statements and AR reports

Qualifications (Legal Billing & Collections Specialist) : Billing & Collections Specialist

High school diploma or equivalent required

2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
