Key Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent (ASE Certifications preferred)
Strong understanding of 12 VDC circuits, CAN, DTCs, and PIDS
Experience with OEM or Tier 2 / 3 technical support
Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and repair manuals
Skilled with cloud-based diagnostics platforms and remote support tools
Effective communication skills and experience using Microsoft Word / Excel
