What You'll Do

• Handle pre-registration, registration, and verification of patient demographics and financial information
• Identify sources of payment, collect payments, and collaborate with insurers, hospital staff, and medical providers
• Stay up-to-date on Federal and State regulatory compliance and Joint Commission standards
• Provide flexible support across multiple departments through cross-training in various administrative functions and registration points
• Assist patients directly, including bedside registration when needed, helping ensure a positive and seamless experience
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing teamwork and quality under pressure, including weekday and weekend shifts
