At Re : Build Manufacturing in New Kensington, PA, our on-site, full-time Assembly role lets you do exactly that—on either 1st SHIFT (7am-3 : 30pm) or 2nd SHIFT (3pm-11 : 30pm).

What success looks like

You review electronic and written drawings, stage parts efficiently, and assemble sub-assemblies exactly to spec. Your area is organized, tools maintained, and documentation neat. You inspect as you go, surface ideas to improve the process, and partner closely with Team Leads, Quality, Operators, and Management to keep quality high and flow steady.

Your core responsibilities

  • Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and hardware using drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
  • Track and maintain inventory for components, hardware, and department items.
  • Organize and sustain the assembly area; maintain assembly equipment and tooling.
  • Support continuous improvement of procedures and documentation.
  • Communicate proactively across the shop to align assignments and resolve quality issues.
  • Fill out all reports and associated paperwork clearly and completely.

Your qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to interpret basic drawings and follow step-by-step work instructions.
  • Demonstrated in-process inspection competency.
  • Comfort with fundamental math.
  • Mechanical aptitude and technical capability.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Honest communicator, self-motivated, positive, with strong integrity and safety mindset.
