Job Title : Maintenance / Groundskeeper – Aztec Estates Mobile Home Park (Yucca Valley, CA)

Job Description :

Aztec Estates is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, landscaping, and basic utility knowledge. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a high standard for residents and guests.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate : $22–$24 per hour, based on experience.
• Performance Bonus : Eligible based on individual and property performance.
• Housing Benefit : Full rent and utilities covered after successful completion of a 90-day probation period.
• Health Benefits : Full health coverage available after 60 days
• Dental & Vision Insurance : Eligible after 60 days
• 401(k) Retirement Plan : Eligible after 90 days
