Overview : The CRM Operations Lead will oversee the optimization, management, and innovation of the organization's CRM systems and tools on a daily basis.
This position is crucial for ensuring that CRM integrates seamlessly with other business applications, generates actionable reporting and analytics, and facilitates comprehensive training and support for sales teams.
As a key partner with Sales Support and Business Development leadership, this role aims to enhance field productivity, streamline workflows, and align CRM capabilities with enterprise sales strategies.
- Oversee daily operations, configuration, and administration of CRM platforms.
- Act as a liaison to gather CRM requirements, manage upgrades, and resolve issues with AVP Sales Support / CRM Operations, Sales Support, IT, and field sales teams.
- Develop and maintain customized Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP, and REST Web Services to meet Gentiva's business development objectives.
- Assist with CRM integration into market intelligence systems, analytics platforms, and other essential business tools.
- Help develop and maintain reports and dashboards to aid sales leadership in business planning and tracking performance.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales associates and leaders for maximizing CRM adoption and operational efficiency.
- Identify improvements to CRM usability, optimize processes, and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and data privacy regulations in CRM operations.
- Support national initiatives by delivering CRM-enabled reporting and insights.
- Collaborate with CRM support staff and vendors to maintain system stability and user satisfaction.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and other integration tools.
About You :
Bachelor's degree required (preferred fields : Information Systems, Business, or related areas).Minimum of 5 years' experience in CRM administration, sales operations, or in a relevant leadership role.Knowledge / Skills :
Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP, and REST Web Services development.Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud.Expertise in reporting, analytics, and deriving data-driven insights for sales leadership.Exceptional problem-solving and process enhancement abilities.Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and training skills.Aptitude for managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Travel requirement : approximately 10-15%.Training / Equipment :
Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, data integration tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Compensation :
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE : $100,000 TO $115,000 with Annual Bonus Potential
This is a remote role with 10-15% expected travel to Atlanta.
