Job Description :
The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand.
The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Build production trees for oilfield operations.
Use cranes to move heavy valves and bolt them into configurations.
Operate hydraulic torque wrenches, air impact wrenches, and manual torque wrenches.
Participate in hose cleanup and organization (forklift used for heavy lifting).
Experience & Skills :
Years of Experience : No minimum required; experience is a plus.
Top 3 Skills :
Ability to work well with others.
Mechanical aptitude.
Physical strength for handling large wrenches and hoses.
Preferred Experience :
Hydraulic torque equipment, air impact wrenches.
Hydraulic test bays.
Painting experience (future need).
Small diesel engine repair (bonus).
Education Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.
