The Role :
- B2B Sales : Sell both print and digital advertising products to local businesses.
- Entrepreneurial Role : Operate as the sole Publisher for a specific neighborhood, managing your own magazine.

Earnings Potential :
o Year 1 : $50K–$100K with full-time effort
o Year 2 : $150K–$250K+
