Construction Manager - Underground OSP Inspection Oversight (Western Columbus, OH) Type : Contract-to-Hire | Field-Based | Company Vehicle Provided

We're looking for a Construction Manager to lead underground OSP inspection crews for active fiber optic deployments in Western Columbus and surrounding areas. This is a 100% field-based role-perfect for someone who thrives outdoors and knows how to keep inspection teams aligned and productive.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate underground OSP inspection crews across multiple fiber deployment projects.
• Ensure crews follow construction standards, safety protocols, and client specifications.
• Perform site walks, verify work quality, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Communicate daily progress and updates to project leadership.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00 / hr.
