Salary : $19 / hr
Wedding and event company looking for part-time administrative assistant / office manager 3-5 days per week 5-8 hours a day, flexible hours in home office near downtown Paso Robles.
Daily operations include follow-up on leads, communications, excellent writing skills, and excellent grammar.
A highly strong and positive-minded great attitude level of PR skills to assist in behind-the-scenes management of client and fellow vendor relationships.
A strong respect for HR responsibilities, including HR website, employee management, and communication with employees.
Must be able to read and follow instructions with many details.
Skills / Experience required in :
Honeybook- this is the main platform used to intake and manage all contracts and monies coming in as well as email series, creation and management of "smart files" , schedule management and more. Must be able to show at least a level 5 on a scale of 1-10 of Honeybook experience in an in person interview.
Skills needed in : Canva, Squarespace, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Wedding Wire / The Knot, Constant Contact, Nowsta and BambooHR
