- Coordinate across all key functions - manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, HR, business development, and customer service - to ensure deliverables are met.
- Partner closely with Business Development and Customer Service to manage the customer journey and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Facilitate regular project status updates and communication to stakeholders, escalating risks and issues promptly.
- Hold stakeholders accountable to project commitments, intervening when delays or issues arise to drive resolution and maintain schedule.
- Ensure all phases of the project meet applicable safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
