What you’ll be doing

You'll be spearheading the development of critical features aimed at empowering analysts, paralegals, and administrators to address their business challenges effectively.

Some Examples Of Things You’ll Be Working On

• Crafting a Figma-like interface for seamless editing and interaction with workflows.
• Integrating user-friendly visual interfaces for cutting-edge AI systems, such as document processing and workflow orchestration.
• Influencing the trajectory of our product and culture within a small, agile team alongside the founders.

You'll be at the forefront of AI innovation, collaborating closely with our founders, who bring extensive experience in various industries like finance and healthcare, along with a deep understanding of AI research.

This role offers the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art agents alongside former MIT ML researchers and pioneers in human-computer interaction.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering impactful products.
• Ability to architect systems facilitating rapid product iteration, balancing functionality, quality, and technical debt.
• Proficiency in front-end development, particularly in TypeScript, with experience in Tailwind, React flow, and browser extensions.
• Strong advocate for technical excellence, continuously learning and investing in tools to uphold high engineering standards.

You’ve done it before.

• Demonstrated experience in building and shipping successful products used by a wide audience (please list three projects).
• Innate sense of ownership and drive to achieve results.
