CNC Programmer

CNC Mill programmer and machinist with 10 + years of experience. Responsibilities are to optimize CNC Mill operations, focusing on advanced programming, machining techniques and the latest industry methods. Proficiency in Mastercam and Solidworks is a must.

This role requires an in-depth knowledge of CNC Milling technology to improve processes, troubleshoot complex issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives across our production lines.

Knowledge of automation, industrial robots and / or job cells would be beneficial.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and optimize CNC Mill programming and machining operations, implementing modern methods and cutting-edge technology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced production issues related to CNC machining.
• Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to ensure products are manufacturable and meet specifications.
• Develop and optimize CNC Mill programs, ensuring precision and quality.
• Utilize and integrate automation, industrial robots or job cells to enhance production efficiency.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
