JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Vice President of Nursing, plans, organizes, directs, and supervises system-wide education services and programs. Ensures service development, personnel management, and resource allocation and control. Assumes direction of participation in special projects as needed. Coordinates hospital- wide compliance with the Joint Commission Standards and other governing agencies.

Master’s Degree in Nursing

Registered Nurse

Curriculum development of courses / programs

Management and coordination of affiliation agreements and students

Oversight of continuing education programs for all disciplines

Oversight of learning management system

Oversight of medical library

Oversight of Magnet, Professional Governance, Nurse Recruitment
