Applied Behavioral Connections is looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Wooster Location! As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on behavior intervention and skill acquisition.

Qualifications :
- Minimum age is 18yrs old
- High School Diploma or Equivalent - College Degree Preferred
- Must be willing and able to pass a background check
- Must pass an abuse registry check
- Current Registered Behavior Technician Certification or willingness to complete training (no cost to you) before starting
- Must be comfortable working with children diagnosed with autism
- Commitment to upholding behavioral health ethical and professional standards
Position Information :

Implement Client's Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP)Complete Client's 1 : 1 Treatment GoalsCollect DataPlay and engage with client for duration of sessionSupport clients with activities of daily living (ADL's) as neededComplete session note within 24hrs of session completionComplete end of day form for parents / caregiversPhysical Requirements
