We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. • Responsibilities
• Support the General Manager in the use of all systems and training programs.
• Assist in managing daily operations of the FOH and BOH using Zaxby's standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
• Oversee food preparation and handling processes to maintain quality.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering / receiving and stock management.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules and delegating tasks.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in food handling and preparation.
• Help create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and commitment to the company objectives.
• Requirements
• Work a 40-hour week minimum.
• Previous experience in a management position is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Experience in inventory control and management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Maintain attitude of flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays.
