Law Clerk II - DC Licensed

A company is looking for a Law Clerk II - Doc Review.

Key Responsibilities

Provide litigation support by interacting with clients and attorneys

Perform legal research using tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw

Review and analyze documents, summarizing them for lawyers, with proficiency in Mandarin / Chinese required

Required Qualifications

Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials / authorization; US Citizenship is required

Fluency in Mandarin / Chinese (reading, writing, speaking) is required

Law degree or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school with at least two years of study, or equivalent legal training / experience

At least two years of progressively responsible experience on litigation support projects

Hands-on familiarity with legal research tools, ESI tools, and document review in Relativity
