Quantiphi is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Regional Sales Leader to drive the growth of our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services business across the Central United States. This executive-level role is responsible for owning and executing a go-to-market strategy that accelerates revenue growth, expands client relationships, and strengthens partnerships within the GCP ecosystem.

As the face of Quantiphi in the region, you will lead the full sales lifecyclefrom opportunity identification through deal closurecollaborating closely with cross-functional teams across AI, Data & Analytics, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure. You will also act as a strategic advisor to our clients, bringing insight-driven solutions that solve complex business challenges and unlock transformative business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and lead the end-to-end sales process for complex, multi-year services engagements focused on GCP-driven digital transformation.
  • Define and execute territory-specific growth strategies aligned with Quantiphi's broader business objectives.
  • Lead high-value pursuits and proactively engage enterprise prospects through account-based selling strategies, leveraging marketing, business development, and partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Cultivate and expand trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders at Fortune 1000 enterprises across the Central U.S.
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through their AI, cloud, and data modernization journeys.
  • Engage and collaborate deeply with Google Cloud Sales, Customer Engineering, and Partner teams to drive aligned go-to-market motions and co-sell opportunities.
  • Oversee regional pipeline development and forecasting, ensuring a healthy mix of near-term and long-term opportunities.
  • Lead opportunity qualification, proposal strategy, and commercial structuring in partnership with solution architects and delivery leaders.
  • Manage negotiations, pricing, and contracting in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand existing relationships and increase wallet share across key customers.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell motions in collaboration with delivery teams, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to execution.
  • Maintain active oversight of the Statement of Work (SOW) process and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Represent the region in global sales leadership forums and contribute to evolving best practices in enterprise sales and account management.
  • Ensure full compliance with CRM processes, deal reviews, legal standards, and operational rigor across all engagements.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise technology services sales, with a strong track record of selling Cloud, Data, and AI services.
  • Proven ability to originate and close complex six- and seven-figure services engagements within large enterprise accounts.
  • Deep familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem and its partner co-sell motion (strong preference for candidates with prior experience selling GCP solutions).
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth in competitive and dynamic markets.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility as a strategic partner.
  • Excellent understanding of modern IT architectures, cloud strategy, and digital transformation programs.
  • Ownership mindset with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach to solving client problems.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience across multiple industry verticals. However, Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred, including knowledge of :
  • Healthcare purchasing processes
  • Key decision-makers within healthcare organizations
  • Industry-specific pain points and solutions
  • Other Qualifications :

  • Experience working within or alongside cloud hyperscalers (GCP, AWS, or Azure), particularly in alliance-driven sales environments.
  • Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Strategic Selling.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience navigating matrix organizations and leading cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required - up to 50%
