Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Strategic Sourcing Manager :

#1. Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

#2. 5+ years of sourcing / procurement experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred.

#3. Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Jagger) and contract management tools.

#4. Experience utilizing data analytics, automation, and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).

Responsibilities of the Strategic Sourcing Manager :

We are seeking a highly skilled and Strategic Sourcing Manager covering both direct and indirect Procurement categories. The ideal candidate will be an experienced negotiator with a proven track record of delivering value through supplier partnerships, cost optimization, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements of the Strategic Sourcing Manager :

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sourcing / procurement experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in complex, high-value deals.
• Experience managing both direct and indirect spend categories.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Jagger) and contract management tools.
• Experience utilizing data analytics, automation, and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
• Proven success with cost models and total cost of ownership models.
• Ability to operate with integrity and clarity in ambiguous environments to drive change.
• Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (FDA, EMA) preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
