HCMS Specialist

The Human Capital Management Solutions ("HCMS") Department is looking for a detailed-oriented, organized, creative and technically savvy individual to join our HCMS Team as an HCMS Specialist. This role supports the maintenance of the various Human Resource Systems (HRIS / Payroll / Timekeeping and ATS) through employee-lifecycle processing, reporting, auditing, and compliance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Accountable for the processing of candidate data from iCIMS on-boarding into our UKG System to ensure accuracy of data
• Responsible for the accuracy of employee life-cycle changes including but not limited to, new hires, transfers, promotions, status, LOA's, salary adjustments and terminations
• Verify accuracy of HR Actions and work with and or train managers on HR Action process
• Provides customer support, assist in researching and resolving problems
• Assist with testing system enhancements and new functionality
• Addresses end-user support cases as assigned
• Participates in training, including developing end user procedures, guidelines and documentation on HCMS processes / functionality
• Cross train on various module and perform scheduled activities
• Other duties as assigned
