Child Builders ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. This role also includes providing clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborating closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive client support.

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior techniciansMonitor and analyze client progress through data-driven decision makingMaintain accurate and confidential client records and progress documentationCollaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and related professionalsEnsure ethical and professional compliance with BACB guidelinesQualifications :
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldCurrent BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA or in a similar clinical roleStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsKnowledge of special education laws and regulations is a plus
