Job Description

The Superintendent - Large School Project - Washington County, MD will be responsible for :

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for the full duration of the project
• Ensure work is executed according to plans, specs, and schedule
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
• Monitor daily progress and resolve issues proactively
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Conduct daily meetings and communicate clearly with PMs and stakeholders
• Assist with inspections, quality control, and punch list management
• Maintain detailed site reports, logs, and documentation
