$100,000"$120,000 signing bonus for select applicants

Outpatient primary care with opportunity for hospital rounding based on interest

Bilingual English / Spanish skills required

EMR : Epic

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care for patients ages 0"18, including well-child visits, urgent care, and follow-ups

Supervise and mentor mid-level pediatric practitioners

Participate in quality improvement and care coordination activities

Cover a small number of Saturday shifts and limited after-hours call with additional compensation

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics (or Pediatric NP with 3+ years of experience)

Active California medical license and DEA registration

Current BLS certification

Experience in community or underserved settings preferred

Ability to see 18"22 patients per day (full-time)

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive annual salary : $215,000"$230,000
