Property Analyst

A company is looking for a Property Analyst (HOA) to perform property due diligence and compile reports for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Contact Home Owners Associations and Management Companies for relevant property information

Obtain specific time-sensitive documents and prepare detailed documentation based on research

Compile reports and send information to clients after completing research

Required Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent

Experience on the phone, preferably in a customer service role

Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2 / C1)

Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match the US schedule

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment offer
