Metal Shop Production Team Member

Wheatland, WY | Full-Time | $16-22 / hr DOE

The Role

As a Metal Shop Production Team Member, youll be cutting, forming, and preparing custom metal panels and trim for post-frame buildings. Youll operate roll formers, shears, and other machinery, and work with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and hustle.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, wants to master shop equipment, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where details matter.

What Youll Do

  • Operate roll formers, shears, and other production equipment
  • Cut and shape metal panels and trim to spec
  • Perform quality checks to uphold Westerns standards
  • Assist with inventory tracking and material staging
  • Support your team and jump in where needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You Bring

  • Experience in manufacturing or construction preferred
  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
  • Comfort using hand tools and operating machinery
  • High attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in warm or cold conditions
  • Willingness to learn and a team-first mindset
