AP / AR Specialist Responsibilities

As an AP / AR Specialist , you will play a critical role in the financial health of the organization by managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Key responsibilities include :

Accounts Payable (AP) :

Receive and process invoices

Match payments to invoice numbers

Enter and track transactions in QuickBooks

Accounts Receivable (AR) :

Record incoming payments from multiple revenue streams

AP / AR Specialist Qualifications

Experience using QuickBooks

Previous AP / AR Specialist or accounting support experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
