As the Inventory Control Manager, you will be responsible for :
- The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the F&B Inventory Control department.
- Creates and maintains schedules, staff training, and daily F&B cost reporting.
- Additional responsibilities include theoretical cost reporting and the monthly reconciliation of inventory accounts and closing.
Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.Past Management experience required.Proficiency with MS Office.Requires strong communication and organizational skills.Candidates must be able to clearly communicate in English.Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years or older.Additional Information
