As a Manager in this practice, you'll play a key role in client engagements, designing scalable solutions, and driving impactful outcomesall while helping clients transform their finance operations into strategic assets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the execution of Managed Services engagements, including assessment, transition, and ongoing delivery operations.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through outsourced controllership and finance transformation efforts.
• Drive process improvements across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report functions.
• Collaborate directly with senior client leadership to address complex accounting challenges and develop actionable solutions.
• Design and implement complex dashboards and data models to support advanced operational and financial reporting, KPI tracking, and strategic insights.
• Leverage tools to build scalable, automated solutions, demonstrating expert-level proficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform client strategies.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
