Job descriptionMonday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM CST / EST 40-hour work week Final schedule assigned during training Handle inbound calls from customers with questions about Medicare coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes Make outbound follow-up calls as needed Provide compassionate, solution-focused support using active listening Assist customers in selecting appropriate products and services based on their health and financial needs Identify opportunities to upgrade or enhance coverage Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policy Active Health Insurance License in your state of residence – Required Minimum 6 months of sales experience High-speed internet (15 Mbps or higher) and a quiet, dedicated workspace Strong communication and computer skills Ability to follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality High school diploma or equivalent Must reside in the state where licensed

- $24 / hour for bilingual Spanish-speaking agent
Work Schedule
Training : Remote, 2–4 weeks
Shifts : Must be available between 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 AM , Monday–Sunday
