Director of Crypto Partnerships

A company is looking for a Director, Crypto Partnerships to drive adoption of its financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, source, and negotiate high-impact strategic opportunities across TradFi and centralized crypto-native platforms

Design and execute go-to-market strategies to grow Democratized Prime and Crypto-Backed Loan solutions through B2B2C channels

Collaborate with internal teams and partners to create compelling product experiences and drive metrics-driven outcomes

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, product partnerships, or related fields

Experience in financial services, fintech, wealth management, blockchain, and / or digital assets technologies

Basic fluency in the digital asset and crypto ecosystems

Proven track record of identifying, sourcing, and closing complex strategic partnerships

Strong pipeline and territory management skills, including effective use of a CRM
