Associate Sales Representative

Looking for a springboard into medical sales? Medline ReNewal is currently hiring an Associate Sales Representative to help grow our territory in Des Moines, IA and surrounding areas.

Medline ReNewal restores single use medical devices to their original quality, functionality and sterility, while following rigorous standards and processes regulated by the FDA. As a leader in medical device reprocessing, we seek to exceed expectations by following the highest safety and performance standards while delivering up to 50% in supply savings compared to purchasing new. Each device is given a safety warranty and 99.99% quality rating to deliver optimal carecost-effectively and with less waste.

Core Job Responsibilities :

• Provide Sales teams with technical and sales presentation support to help grow product categories, successful customer integration and the utilization of established products.
• Support division sales plan through pre-sales and / or post-sales collection and device education support.
• Assist and prepare technical proposals on how Medline's products can meet customer needs and how they can be integrated and implemented with customer's systems and equipment.
• Call on potential and existing customers, GPO, and IDNs within assigned territory (both independently and in collaboration with other Medline sales representatives) to expand or retain sales of product lines.
• Analyze customer's device collection volume and product needs and incorporate staff education to increase collection compliance as appropriate.
• Gather data and information on customers and participate in developing presentations relative to program and device collection education.
• Conduct market research on new product ideas in order to develop product line expansion driving sales growth and device collection growth within existing market.
• Assist and prepare customer systems / equipment needs plan to Medline teams to assure complete plan is feasible within cost, time, and environment constraints.

The anticipated salary range for this position : $45,760.00 - $63,960.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
