Job descriptionICU : Open model with virtual ICU support Collaboration : Strong working relationship with specialists and Emergency Medicine physicians EMR System : Not specified Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Credentialing Timeline : TBD Salary : Competitive, based on experience and schedule Bonuses : - Commencement Bonus - Eligible for Arkansas Community Match Program Relocation : Expense reimbursement offered Education Stipend : Available if applicable Insurance : - Professional Liability Insurance - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Retirement Plan : Included Paid Time Off (PTO) : Included Continuing Medical Education (CME) : Allowance included Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospitalist experience Experience : Prior nocturnist or hospitalist experience preferred Other Qualifications : - Strong communication and teamwork abilities - Comfort managing patients in an open ICU setting Provide inpatient nocturnal hospitalist coverage Manage patient admissions, cross-cover issues, and collaborate with on-call specialists Work closely with APPs and scribes during night shifts Ensure continuity of care and accurate documentation Participate in quality improvement and hospitalist team initiatives
