- Build and maintain good customer relations with our customers
- Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures Complete and submit daily service reports as required
- Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
- Look to implement effective solutions whenever possible
- Advise customers of potential problems
- Maintain service equipment and vehicle in clean and proper operating condition.
- Maintain a safe driving record
- Complete federal, state, local and company required training programs for proper certification.
- Creative lead generation with in-field prospecting, cold calling and networking with past relationships whenever possible
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assist on other routes and services as required by management when needed. Maintain a positive attitude.
