Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and ensure seamless booking experiences that reflect our commitment to exceptional hospitality and personalized service.

YOUR ROLE AS RESERVATIONS MANAGER
As the Reservations Manager , you will oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and the highest standards of service. You will work closely with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to optimize occupancy, maximize revenue, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the booking process.
