Location : Remote, but local to Memphis / Olive Branch, MS

Compensation : $70-$90,000 (DOE)

Requirements : 2+ years experience working as a commercial roofing estimator with edge software experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Evaluation & Planning

• Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and site conditions to determine project scope.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing roof conditions and gather data for accurate estimating.
• Perform material take-offs and develop scope narratives for bid packages.
