• The starting base compensation for this position is $15.16 to $19.32 hourly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• This position is eligible to earn incentive pay, with an average payout of $162.00 - $389.00 per month.
• Store hours from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 5PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week
• No Sundays!
• Full-Time Retail Associates can accrue up to three weeks of paid time off during your first year.
