Reports To : Senior Director, Product Management (Long-Term Rentals)

About the role

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead key integrations within our Long-Term Rental (LTR) product line. You'll focus on how PetScreening connects with Property Management Systems (PMS), CRMs, and partner platforms , helping clients manage pets and assistance animals seamlessly within their workflows.

This role blends strategy and executionyou'll define priorities, lead delivery, and collaborate across teams to translate complex partner requirements into simple, scalable solutions. Success requires technical fluency, data-driven decision-making, and a strong bias for action in an evolving environment.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the integrations roadmap for the LTR product line, aligned with business and platform strategy.
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver integrations that are viable, feasible, and user-friendly.
• Translate API, authentication, and data mapping requirements into clear product documentation.
• Use SQL, Postman, Excel, etc. to analyze data flows, test integrations, and monitor performance.
• Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize improvements and measure success.
• Act as the primary liaison for integration partners and internal stakeholders, driving clarity and alignment.
• Operate comfortably in ambiguitybringing structure and progress to complex, cross-functional efforts.
